Membership in the Churg-Strauss Syndrome Association is free. Completing the membership form will place you on the CSSA mailing list, a one way communication from the CSSA to members to inform people about updates to the website, news of upcoming conferences and any other news pertaining to CSS related matters. It will also allow you to download the CSSA brochure. In addition, with your permission, it will place you on the Vasculitis Foundation mailing list with all the advantages of being kept up to date on VF happening and opportunities. Although membership in the VF is $35/year, you can be placed on a mailing list for free.

The CSSA has a close partnership with the Vasculitis Foundation. The VF, a much larger organization serving the needs of patients with any type of vasculitis, is able to fund research, support a research fellow, publish newsletters, and sponsor patient symposiums, among other things.  The CSSA does not have the infrastructure to determine which research studies to fund, while the VF already has this infrastructure in place. Please consider a donation to the VF earmarked for CSS/EGPA support and research. The VF Research Program, established in 2002, maintains a fund designated specifically for research on CSS. Donations to the VF are tax deductible for US residents and your donation will help support much-needed research on the disease. Many of the VF initiatives directly benefit CSSA patients and a general donation will benfit all vasculitis patients.

You may designate your gift in honor or memory of someone special. The Vasculitis Foundation also accepts donations for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, fundraising events and other special occasions. The Vasculitis Foundation will send a thank you note to the donor and an acknowledgement to the honoree or his / her family.
