Membership in the Churg Strauss Syndrome Association is free, although donations are always gratefully accepted. Completing the membership form will place you on the CSSA mailing list, a one way communication from the CSSA to members to inform people about updates to the website, news of upcoming conferences and any other news pertaining to CSS related matters. Another benefit to becoming a member is that the CSSA plans to publish a quarterly newsletter in mid 2006 which will be sent automatically to people on the mailing list.

Please consider me a member of the CSSA and add my name to the CSSA's free mailing list.

Donations

As the Churg Strauss Syndrome Association is operated and supported by volunteer efforts, donations are essential to help maintain the organization. Donations are used for the publication of brochures and other educational materials, website expenses, operational expenses and attendance at scientific conferences to help raise awareness of CSS and support research. The Churg Strauss Association has 501(c)(3) status and donations from USA citizens are tax deductible as allowed by law.

Donations may be made online through the Network for Good or by sending a check to the CSSA headquarters.

For international supporters

Network for Good, the organization that facilitates online donations, does not have the capability to process donations outside of the USA at this time. If you would like to help support the CSSA, you may do so either by snail mail with a check or money order, or you may make arrangements with Cindy Smoot, CSSA treasurer, for a transfer of funds from your bank directly to the CSSA account. Cindy's email is cindy@dibimail.com. We hope to have the ability to accept online donations from international supporters in late Spring 2006. Thank you.
